Lisa is doing good. She has her appetite back and continues to walk every morning. Lisa will have treatments every three weeks until her tumor shrinks enough to be surgically removed. Shrink, shrink, shrink you stupid tumor!

Lisa,
It has been a long time, not a week go's by without one of my kids hearing are asking for a story from when i was a little girl. The one i share about you is when my grandma and i would come to Baytown and you would save me from sitting with the sisters(more like me getting into everthing) and we would go for a drive in your bug i think it was green or blue? I don't remember were we would go but i always looked forward to going to aunt Betty's and seeing you.I am wishing the best for you and your family. I am still in California with my family Hannah is 15yrs old and she is working hard in school she wants to go to a good college and play soccer. My little is 7 yrs old and he is in 1grade and he is me as a boy.(he never stops talking) Tell DeeAnn thanks for putting this together i will be looking at it lots and looking forward to hearing all the good news about you and your family.
Lots of LOVE,
Gina

Lisa,

because of the dry weather, there are almost no wildflowers in the Hill Country this year. Our yard is usually full of them, but there are none.

Today, Jenelle and I saw two bluebonnet patches in your driveway. They are growing, blooming and surviving in this tough environment--that's a positive sign.

Hang in there, kiddo. You're always in our thoughts.

Lisa & Johnny
I just recently heard of your challenge. Honestly, when I heard, it took several days to sink in. I spent alot of time reminiscing about how long I have known the both of you and how precious you guys are. Your love for each other is amazing. I wouldn't expect anything less of Johnny than to help care for you and cook (wow!).

Lisa, you have always had such a magnetic personality and been the brightest light. Your presence brings so much joy any time you enter a room. God works in mysterious ways, this is part of his plan. You will beat this with the strength, grace and courage you have shown throughout your life. We will continue to keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Richard & Cheryl Cagle

Lisa,
Glad to hear that your treatment is going well. Linda and I continue to follow your progress through this blog. Our thoughts and prayers are with you every day. I had a Livestrong band that I wore till it broke a few months back. I was lucky enough to find another one at Foleys a few weeks ago. LIVESTRONG, LISA!
