Happy New Year Friends. I hope your holidays were joyful. We all got through ours. We laughed some and cried some. Johnny and the boys are faring well. Mom seems to be having the hardest time and I think we all can understand that. It is not normal for a Mother to bury her child, no matter what the age. Everyone I have ran into during the holidays have been so sincere when asking how I am doing. It has meant so much to me. I'm okay. I miss Lisa everyday. I know it just takes time and that's what we are doing; is marking time, and that's okay. It's what you have to do.
We talk about Lisa a lot. I think its important for all of us to do that. We don't want to forget her. She was too special. We have to keep her spirit alive so when J.P and Matt start having children we can share their Grandmother's story with them. This blog will be a part of that. So thanks to everyone for your part in this. I think Lisa's life is an interesting story to pass on.
Love to all, Dee Anne

Thank you DeeAnne for the update. I think of all of you almost every day. Also of our dear Lisa. I am glad to see you are keeping this blog alive. I look at her picture often. She was such a beautiful lady inside and out. Thanks again for keeping all of us who loved her updated.
Take care,
Hedy
DeeAnne,
It is nice to be able to come to the sight and get an update on you,Johnny,J.P.,Matt,and your mom. We do have you on our minds and in our hearts. I sure agree with Hedy. Lisa was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She was such a special person and meant so much to Bobby,Cory,Mika and me. And she left a lasting mark on each of us.Our prayers are with you all and have sure thought about B.J. Although I don't know her well, Mika loves her, just like she did Lisa. Mika and her son spent the week with us, we sure talked alot about precious times with the Urbans! We all feel very blessed to have known Lisa and her family.
Much love, Jana
Dear DeeAnne,
Thank you for keeping up the blog. I think about Lisa all the time. Working with her as my mentor for 11 years, I miss her guidance. Recently I was driving back after successfully defending a client at the IRS's office and I wanted so badly to tell her about my little victory. I finally just started talking to her and telling her all about it.
I pray all the time that the things that I do now are somehow guided by her. I hope that she knows how much she meant to me. I was so lucky to have gotten to work for her and learn from her.
