DeeAnne, I have thought about her many days over the past year, but especially on the 17th of each month. I will say a prayer for you and her family as this 17th of November comes around. She will always be young and beautiful and the sparkle in her eyes will be forever in the minds and hearts of those who loved her so much.
DeeAnne, I think of Lisa often and miss that smile. I will think of you all this weekend. I sat on the porch at their Wimberely house last weekend ( a girls trip with Lisa Dodson) and thought of the many time she sat there enjoying that river view. Please give my love to your family. I know how much you all miss her. I sure do. Sheron Stickler
Dee Anne, As you may know, the RSS class of '74 has begun getting together for lunch every month. Someone recently commented that Lisa would have loved that--I believe it was Sheron. Viewing the photos and reading this blog brings back fond memories of Lisa during our high school years, and events all through the years that were sure to be fun when she was present.
She was truly beautiful, both inside and out. She always told me, "it was the good genes." Having the opportunity to peak into your lives through this blog proves her comment. You are all so fortunate.
My thoughts and prayers are always with you and your family,
Dear DeeAnne, Thought I would stop by your blogspot since Lisa has been on my mind today. I miss her terribly and think about her often. She was such a mentor to me. I just wish I could have told her how working for her changed my life in such wonderful and positive ways. When Eron's son, Gavin, passed away we knew that he was going to be with Lisa. We felt that she had been watching over him while he was in the hospital...and that she and Eron's sister Marie were with him when he passed.
Thank you DeeAnne for posting the pictures. They mean alot to me.
Your family is in my prayers daily and I will be sure to say an extra one today because I know it will be a difficult one. It is hard to believe that it has been a year now since we lost our precious Lisa. Even though I only knew her for several years, she always treated me like family. When I graduated, she gave me a little Coach business card holder and key chain. I have loved having that key chain because it has been a daily reminder of her generosity and just how special she was and still is.
Johnny and Boys! It's hard to believe it's been a year since we lost Lisa and over this last year I have prayed and thought of you all so many times. And as this date arrived it made me sad in someways and had a smiles others. Just thinking of memories growing up with Lisa just made be down right laugh out loud! And I knew Lisa would have laughed too...She touched so many lives on her short journey here. She will always been in our hearts! Love and miss you Lisa..... Lynnell Tysl

Just thinking of you all and sending you my love tonight. While the grief lessens....you never get over the "missing."
